Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings. - How do I pay my rent?
We offer multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal or by bringing a check or money order to our leasing office. - Is there a grocery store nearby?
